Who receives your data? Who outside of Destination Waldviertel GmbH is sent your data?

Non-binding offers and inquiries about accommodations can be submitted through the website of Destination Waldviertel GmbH. The contact details given to us (name, address, e-mail address and phone number) as well as travel-specific data (arrival/departure date, size of party, number of children and age of the children) are transmitted to the respective host/service provider/event organizer for the purpose of processing the non-binding inquiry.

In addition, processors commissioned by us (especially IT and back-office service providers and printing companies) receive your personal data if they need it to perform their respective task. All processors are contractually obligated to process your personal data only in connection with providing the respective service and to treat the data confidentially.
