The tradition of Waldviertel glass production is long and glistening like a crystal. The crystal-cut workshop in Hirschenwies is legendary. For years now, the Waldviertel has been a venue for cutting crystal glasses, etching glasses, and producing fine pieces using enamel and Tiffany techniques. Visiting one of these workshops is always an experience.
