Das Stadthotel befindet sich direkt am Hauptplatz im Herzen der Stadt Waidhofen an der Thaya und wurde nach einer kompletten Revitalisierung nach Denkmalschutzvorgaben im März 2012 neu eröffnet.

Das Haus verfügt über 28 komfortable Zimmer, die mit Dusche/WC, Handtuchwärmer, Haarfön, Flat-Screen TV, Zimmersafe, Minibar und Klimaanlage ausgestattet sind. Einige Zimmer bieten Aussicht auf das altehrwürdige Rathaus, andere wiederum auf den Innenhof und die historische Stadtmauer.
